Natha Yoga: Satsangs and Practice
Arles, 5–9 July 2026
More than ten years ago, Tara Michaël, a renowned Sanskrit scholar and translator of classical yoga texts, invited Guru Yogi Matsyendranath to France to lead a series of seminars in different cities across the country. Until then, Natha Yoga had never been presented in France in this way. During these satsangs, Guruji shared his profound knowledge of authentic traditional yoga, an ancient teaching transmitted from teacher to disciple for thousands of years. Since then, he has continued to return to France regularly to lead seminars and satsangs.
Tara Michaël and Guru Yogi Matsyendranath also led a four-year course on Natha Yoga and Traditional Indian Civilization. This led to the creation of the Centre Nâth Sampradaya and to the tradition of holding satsangs in Arles. Today, these satsangs are open to everyone interested in yoga.
This year’s seminar will be held over several days and will include satsangs and various yogic practices, offering a valuable opportunity to meet Guruji in person, ask questions, and receive guidance in your practice.
