Seminar "Shiva Shakti: Tantra, Mantra and Hatha Yoga"
Sainte-Maxime (near Saint-Tropez), 25 July 2026
Organised by Centre L’Infini and led by Guru Yogi Matsyendranath Maharaj this seminar will be dedicated to the principles of Shiva and Shakti, understood in Tantra as the universal foundations of consciousness and energy. Participants will be introduced to the metaphysical vision of Shiva-tattva and Shakti-tattva, their different levels of manifestation, and their interaction as the basis of the manifested universe.
The seminar will also explore the main tantric mantras associated with Shiva and Shakti, including their symbolism, structure, and connection with the Puranic tradition. Special attention will be given to bija mantras and to the practice of contemplation on Kama-Kala, the supreme principle of unity between consciousness and energy.
The final part of the seminar will connect these teachings with Hatha Yoga practice. Through work with the body, breath, mudras, bandhas, and inner energy, participants will explore how the principles of Shiva-Shakti and Kama-Kala can be embodied in practice.
The day will include teachings, guided practice, meditation, mantra, questions, and integration. This seminar is intended for yoga practitioners interested in Tantra, traditional Hatha Yoga, mantra, and inner transformation.
